BALCO certified as best workplace in manufacturing 2022

Balconagar, February 12, 2022: Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO), India’s iconic Aluminium producer, has been listed in top 30 among India’s best workplaces in manufacturing 2022 out of 132 industries. The certificate is bestowed to BALCO by Great Place to Work institute. This certification has once again corroborated BALCO’s best people practices approach.

As a global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work has been gathering insights on employee experience and people practices across organizations for over three decades. Every year, more than 10,000 organizations from over 60 countries partner with Great Place to Work institute for assessment, benchmarking and planning actions to strengthen their workplace culture. The criteria for selecting the Best Workplaces entailed: Trust Index with 75% weightage which includes an employee survey seeking anonymous feedback and Culture Audit with 25% weightage, which is a study of the people practices of an organization.
