Bridging Hearts and Communities in the Spirit of Collective Social Responsibility through Employee Volunteering
At Vedanta BALCO, we strongly believe in fostering a culture of employee volunteering, integrating it into our overall corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. By connecting employees with the community, we aim to create a sense of shared responsibility and collective growth. Throughout the year, we organize a variety of engaging activities that allow employees to contribute their time and skills to address local needs.

Towards establishing a connect between the community members and employees, various employee engagement activities are done round the year. During FY 26, 468 employees and Business Partners volunteered, contributing 390+ manhours, cumulatively for activities like:
